Excellent customer service put me at ease straight away but the friendly manner was well backed up by the delivery. The work was done well ahead of the scheduled date. An omission on the quote was INSTANTLY settled in our favour. There was no debate. This is a company out to enhance it's good name even when it costs them. Our power company could have been said to have an obstructive website and clueless personal assistance. Star Delta said to ask for help if we needed it. We sure did. Their assistance was effective almost immediately and those gnarly documents sorted. It took a massive amount of pressure off us. I definitely give highest recommendation to Star-Delta which was also an anecdotal comment made by the the inspector as he completed the work for the sign off. LR o
